Today's life is becoming so fast that people don't take care about their food and fitness.I would suggest food as the first priority to be considered for better health. For that i wouldsay that every body including kids it is necessary to take a balanced food. For that i would suggestto take one full glass of milk twice in a day. I would suggest to take cow milk as it contains variusnutritional. 100 gm of cow milk with 3.25g fat contains 3.2g protein and protein is one of requirement for the women.This is because women requires to maintain protein level as they lose during their M.C.
